Mr. Gabathuler’s practice focuses on patent and trademark litigation and counseling and specializes in the electrical and computer technology areas; he also has experience in the fields of biotechnology, medical and mechanical devices.

Mr. Gabathuler’s career in intellectual property began in 2003 as a Technical Advisor at Meredith & Keyhani, PLLC, prosecuting patent applications and providing litigation support for patent, trademark and copyright litigation matters.

During law school, Mr. Gabathuler interned with the Honorable William H. Walls (D.N.J.) and drafted court opinions under the court’s supervision.

After graduating from law school Mr. Gabathluer began law practice with the intellectual property litigation group of Morgan & Finnegan, LLP. During his tenure at Morgan & Finnegan, Mr. Gabathuler was integrally involved in a wide variety of patent, trademark and antitrust litigation matters and his responsibilities ranged from handling discovery to drafting claim construction and summary judgment motions.  His practice groups included computers and software, consumer and industrial electronics, life sciences and biotechnology, and mechanical and medical devices.
